Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your McDonald’s Golden Arches Unlimited gear, but if your order isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All apparel and accessories must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Package

  Take your package to any authorized shipping carrier location; ensure the barcode is visible and the old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
